Completely made in India, these products are at par with global COVID related healthcare Infrastructure innovations.

These products are made of Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite material. It is an advanced material that finds applications in railways, metros and aircrafts interiors due to its light weight and strength properties.

FRP materials have strength comparable to steel and are much stronger than aluminium and wood. At the same time, FRP is extremely lightweight. This unique property of providing extreme strength at an extremely light weight makes it the preferred choice in aircrafts and automobile interiors.

The entire Isolation ward unit with two rooms weigh nearly 200 kg. The Sanitization Station and Sample Collection Centre each weigh nearly 50 kg and can be lifted easily.

The products can be installed in an open area or inside a building.

The products are installed via aluminium frames as support structures for the FRP panels. The company provides end to end installation of the product at the customer site. Also, the company has uploaded a complete installation guide video for customers willing to install it themselves.

A 50 bedded, 25 unit Isolation Ward can be installed from scratch within a day at the customer location. Thus, these products are instantly deployable. The Sanitization Station and Sample Collection Centre units can be installed from scratch within 2 hours each.

JAM Healthcare also provides FRP-based modular toilets. We recommend customers to buy two modular toilets units for every 5 units of the Isolation Wards (10 beds). The details of modular toilets are provided in the products segment of the website.

The products can be deassembled, then sanitized with any spray system and after proper sanitization, can be reassembled into the final product. This way, the same product can be used multiple times via this process. Also, since the product is highly resistant to corrosion and extreme weather conditions, it can be used multiple times across several years.

Once COVID-19 is over, with minimum investments these products can be transformed into :-
Modular toilets with bio tanks, which can be installed at public places under Swatch Bharat Abhiyaan. Shelter homes for the homeless.
